We\u2019re excited to invite local writers and poets to take part in a new creative project celebrating the stories of Blackpool and the surrounding area.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

Live Event \u2013 late 2025:<\/h3>\n

A special evening will be organised at Tea Amantes, where authors will have 5\u201310 minutes to present an excerpt of their work to an audience.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

Printed Anthology:<\/h3>\n

Selected submissions will be featured in a printed collection titled Seaside Shuffle.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

Submission Guidelines:<\/h3>\n

– Short stories, poems, or memoirs (up to 1000 words);<\/h3>\n

– Submit via email: teaamantes@gmail.com<\/h3>\n

– Please include in the subject line: “Seaside Shuffle” \u2013 Book Club & Local Writers Anthology;<\/h3>\n

– Deadline: 30 September 2025.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

If there\u2019s enough interest, we hope to continue with a monthly book club, spotlighting original writing and local voices.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

We\u2019re especially keen to collaborate with:
