Hibiscus flower
You can make a karkade from hibiscus – a perfect drink for hot days.
Method of preparing karkade (by Hisham, Damascus): prepare an infusion of double the amount of dried, sweet sugar cane, candy or honey, mix 1 part of the infusion with 1 part of finely crushed ice. Serve in a tall glass with a straw. Tasty!
